Ms. Yeja Lee is the Regional Coordinator Ecumenical Disability Advocates Network(EDAN) Asia Region. She worked with World Council of Churches as a full time Consultant from 1994 to 1996. Ms. Yeja also worked as Director, Korea Differently Abled Women United (KDAWU) until recently when she left the organization. In 2011/2012, EDAN Korea focus was on interaction with theological institutions. To achieve this, several workshops were held to introduce disability studies in theological institutions. These workshops were expected to develop tools(curriculum/guidelines) to facilitate integration of disability studies in theological institutions as a way of preparing students for their future pastoral roles when ministering to people with disabilities and to explore integration of disability concerns into existing curricula.
